How to Enroll in our NEW Mobile Banking

Our Mobile Banking product has just taken a giant leap forward. Once you have enrolled your mobile phone, you can now use the mobile web at citizensbankrb.mobi, you can download the app for your smart phone, or you can bank via text.

You must be an internet banking user to take advantage of our new mobile banking product. If you are not currently an internet banking user, click here to get enrolled in internet banking. If you're already an internet banking user, follow these steps to take advantage of mobile banking.

Step 1: Login to your internet banking. Once logged in, click on User Services

Step 2: Click on "Mobile Enrollment". This should open a new window, if not, click on "Click Here" to proceed.

Step 3: Select your mobile phone carrier from the drop down list.

Step 4: Enter your mobile phone number.

Step 5: Accept the terms and conditions.

Step 6: Click Enroll

Step 7: Click the button that says "Get Activation Code".

Use this activation code to activate any or all of the mobile products. If you downloaded the mobile app, you must enter the activation code to begin using it. If you login to the mobile website, you will be asked for the activation code the first time you login. If you want to use text banking, you will need to text the activation code the first time you try to use it.

Or go to citizensbankrb.mobi and click the link that says "Download the Citizens Bank Mobile Application". If you don't see the link, then your phone is not supported. See below for a list of supported phones.

In addition to the above phones, we support the iPhone and Android phones running version 1.5 and above.
