As coronavirus continues to impact our communities as well as communities
all across the state, Citizens Bank is taking the COVID-19 outbreak very seriously.  Following the lead of our state and federal leaders, we are doing everything we can to be socially responsible and follow the guidelines and directives that they have given to us.  

That said, we are concerned for the safety of our customers, our employees, and the communities we serve. As an abundance of caution and to do our part in helping prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have decided to limit access to all of our lobbies beginning this Friday March 20, 2020.  Our drive-thru windows will remain open and operating during normal business hours. If you need to access your lockbox, open an account, or meet with a loan officer, please contact your local branch and schedule an appointment to do so.  In addition to utilizing our drive-thru, there are numerous other convenient ways to take care of all your banking needs, which we have summarized below along with all of our contact information.

Just as Governor Beshear said in his press conference on Wednesday March 18th the financial institutions in Kentucky are well capitalized and well managed.  Citizens Bank has been in business since 1904.  We are a financially strong, well capitalized bank with a strong experienced staff that is here to help you in any way that we can.  We can and will get through this challenging time together.
