Beginning this spring, we will be remodeling our Brodhead Branch. This facility is nearly 50 years old and requires the upgrade and replacement of several vital components. Our newly remodeled building will be a more efficient, user friendly, convenient space for you – our valued customer. Please know that we will do everything in a safe, secure and pleasant manner throughout this entire process.

A temporary branch adjacent to our bank in Brodhead will provide the same quality services you are accustomed to receiving without any interruption. We encourage you to stop by our Brodhead location to view the plans we have displayed.

Will You Still Be Full Service At The Brodhead Location?

Yes! We will continue to offer all of the products and services we currently offer at our Brodhead location.

Who will be located in the temporary office?

There will be a teller line, new accounts desk and loan officer located in the temporary office.

Will I be able to access my safe deposit box?

Yes! You will continue to have access to your safe deposit box throughout the entire remodel process.

Where will the night drop be located?

There will be a night drop located in the temporary building adjacent to the Brodhead branch. The key you currently use will also work in the new night drop as well.

Will the new ATM still work?

Yes. The new ATM will remain in operation throughout the entire remodel.

Will the temporary building have a drive-thru?

Yes!. The temporary building has a drive thru located on the back of the building. There will be signage installed before opening that directs customers to the drive thru.

How long will the remodel take?

We anticipate the entire process taking about 1 (one) year from beginning to end, but we will update with more specific dates as they become available to us.

Will your hours remain the same during the remodel?

Yes! The bank hours will remain the same during the remodel.

Will you be raising your rates and/or fees to pay for the remodel?

NO! Citizens Bank's rates and fees will continue to be driven by market forces.

When will you be moving into the temporary facility?

That is yet to be determined, as we are still finalizing the remodel plans. However, we will be announcing the move date in the newspaper, on the radio, and through all of our web channels as soon as we have set a firm date.
